TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promo will run from June 2 to 17, 2023. My Discovery Elite Members Pre-Sale Period is from June 2 to 9, 2023. Public Sale from June 10 to 17, 2023.
2. All room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government taxes.
3. Stay dates are subject to blackout dates.
4. This promo will offer the following special room rates for book and buy during the promo period. Refer to Booking Terms and Conditions.
5. The rates are subject to set number of guests per room category. Extra person charges are applicable. Refer to Booking Terms and Conditions.
6. Discovery Shores Boracay and Club Paradise Palawan room offers are Book and Buy only. No Voucher sales.
7. The Promo offers are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
8. Full payment is required upon Book and Buy or Voucher Purchase during the promo period.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Discovery Shores Boracay and Club Paradise Palawan

1. Promo Period is from June 2 to June 17, 2023.
2. My Discovery Elite Members Sale Period is from June 2 to 9, 2023. Public Sale Period is from June 10 to 17, 2023.
3. Minimum of two (2) nights stay to avail of the offer.
4. Reservation is non-refundable and non-cancellable but can be rebooked if advised 14 days prior to arrival, subject to rate difference if the new stay date is not within the same season.
5. The stay period is until October 15, 2023.
6. Full pre-payment is required and must be made during the promotional period.
7. If new stay dates are outside the promotion on duration, rate difference based on prevailing BAR or promotional rate will apply.
8. Resort credits should be used during the duration of the stay. Unused credits are not to be refunded and converted to cash.
9. For Discovery Shores: If the guest wants to avail of higher room categories, an upgrade fee based on BAR to BAR difference will apply.
10. Senior Citizens Guidelines: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. Senior citizen or PWD discount of 20% off will no longer apply. However, VAT Exemption will apply.
11. For Discovery Shores Boracay –   Extra person charge is at Php 3,000++ for regular suites and Php 3,300++ for Signature Suite, inclusive of daily breakfast and roundtrip land and boat airport transfers.
12. For Club Paradise Palawan –   Extra person charge is at PHP 3,000++ inclusive of daily breakfast and roundtrip land & boat airport transfers. Guests 8-11 years old will have extra child rate at PHP 2,000++ with the same inclusions.
13. Promotion is valid to new bookings only. Paid reservations are not to be converted to this promotion.
14. Black-out dates include but are not limited to long weekends and holidays.

Discovery Suites

1. Rooms are subject to availability
2. Discounted rates for 2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom Suites are not valid on Fridays, Saturdays, long weekends and holidays.
3. Additional 6% discount for MDE members shall apply
4. Prior reservations required: Use Promo Code: FREEDOM23 from website www.discoverysuites.com
5. Maximum of two (2) children 12 years old and below may stay with their family free of charge using existing beddings. Breakfast charge for kids shall apply.
6. Extra person charge is Php 1,850 nett per person per night inclusive of an extra bed and buffet breakfast
7. Book and Buy. Full payment to be settled within the promo period
8. Non-refundable. No cancellation/modification allowed.
9. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts and promotions
10. Non-commissionable.

Discovery Primea

1. All voucher sales must be paid during the day of purchase. (Via cash, Credit card or Payment Link)
2. Issuance of voucher only after receipt of payment. 
3. All vouchers valid for stay July 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024

5. Reservations required prior to stay or voucher usage. 
6. Vouchers are non-refundable. 
7. Reservations are required prior to room stay, or use of voucher, subject to space availability, black out-dates and prevailing government guidelines on travel and leisure stays.  
8. Bookings using vouchers for rooms are rebookable within the period of use or booking. 
9. Bookings using voucher may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty
10. Maximum of two (2) children 12 years old and below may stay with their family free of charge using existing bedding. (Child policy still subject to government guidelines). 
11. Black out dates : December 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31, 2023 
12. Extra person charge is Php 1,900nett per person per night, inclusive of an extra bed. (Extra person policy is still subject to government guidelines).

Manami Resort

1. Extra person charge is at PHP 2,200nett, inclusive of daily breakfast and Linong Spa Massage
2. Reservation is non-cancellable but can be rebooked if advised at least 7 days prior to arrival, subject to rate difference if the new stay date is not within the same season.
3. Prepayment is required
4. Blackout dates apply. 
5. Promotion is only for direct individual bookings, not applicable for group and travel agency bookings
6. Not valid for reselling on other websites, travel agents, and online booking centers.
7. Should the guest cut short Best available rates will apply

Chema’s by the Sea

1. Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 12% VAT and .08% Local Taxes
2. Minimum of 2 nights stay

4. Subject to room availability
5.  Full payment is needed 3 to 5 days upon booking to guarantee the reservation.
6. Booking is non-refundable, but can be rebooked twice if advised 7 days prior to arrival.
7. Black-out Dates apply.
8. Should the guest cut short Best Available Rates will apply
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. Senior citizen or PWD discount of 20% off will no longer apply. However, VAT Exemption shall be extended.

How to order vouchers

1. Customers will call or send an email to the property to inquire or purchase a voucher within the promo period.
2. Properties’ reservations team will provide details regarding vouchers.
3. After the customer confirms intent to purchase, the property’s F&B reservation staff will request the following details:
   – Full name of the guest
   – Email and phone (mobile or landline) number
   – Restaurant Name and number of vouchers to be purchased
4. Once purchase details have been sent, reservations will send a payment link to the guest via email.
5. Once payment has been made, the representative will email the e-voucher to the client along with an official receipt.

How to redeem

1. Guest to call or send an email to the hotel’s or resort’s reservation office for preferred dates of dining.
2. Guest to send a copy of the voucher to F&B Reservations staff.
3. F&B Reservations staff to cross-check the control number indicated in the voucher versus their internal tracking file to verify the redemption status.
4. Once the voucher has been verified as unused, the reservations team will book the guest’s dining and send a confirmation letter via email to confirm the booking.

How to make a booking

1. Customers to book directly via phone or email the restaurant (refer to the contact information table). Customer to advise preferred dining dates for availability.
2. Upon confirmation of F&B Reservations staff of availability, customer to provide all pertinent details, i.e. guest names and, date and time of dining.
3. Customer to receive an automated confirmation email.
